Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Symbri platform and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Symbri provides a connected software platform for pool service companies, including tools for technician training, route optimization and marketplace, homeowner communication, and business intelligence. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Services at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@symbri.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the platform
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or route listings on the marketplace

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

6. Route Swaps Marketplace

Symbri provides a marketplace that allows verified operators to list, buy, sell, and trade pool service accounts. Symbri is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the completion of any transaction, or the conduct of any marketplace participant. You are solely responsible for evaluating listings and conducting your own due diligence.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Symbri, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symbri, Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid to Symbri in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
